A Mother's Vision, A Nation's Trust

Sargam was founded in 2019 in Ernakulam, Kerala, out of a simple frustration — genuine kasavu and handblock work was getting harder to find, and harder still to buy at a fair price. We work directly with weaving families across Kerala.

Starting from a small home office in Chennai with just 12 products, Sargam has grown into a beloved brand trusted by over 50,000 families across India.

Today we curate 500+ handcrafted pieces — kasavu sarees, set mundu, handblock prints and hand-embroidered blouses, each checked thread by thread.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad at an additional charge of ₹60. You'll receive tracking updates via SMS & WhatsApp after dispatch.
What is your return & refund policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return window. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Innerwear and customized products are non-returnable.
Are your products BIS / safety certified?
Yes! Every Sargam piece is sourced directly from registered Kerala handloom weavers, and our kasavu carries genuine zari — not synthetic imitation. Weave details, thread count and care instructions are listed on each product page.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for orders between ₹199 and ₹5,000 with an additional handling fee of ₹50. COD is available at most PIN codes across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout to check availability.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with your tracking link. You can also log in to your Sargam account and visit "My Orders" to view real-time tracking information.
Do you do wholesale or bulk orders for stores?
Yes! Wholesale is a core part of what we do — we supply boutiques, textile retailers and festive-season resellers. Minimum order quantity is 20 pieces per design. Email wholesale@sargam.online or WhatsApp us for the current catalogue and rates.
